Why do I see some pattern misalignments in the prints?

• All the prints are block printed by hand in every square inch of all fabrics. That might cause slight pattern misalignments or gaps. These hand prints make the dresses unique and a mark of craftsmanship .

SHIPPING

What are the Shipping Options?

• Customers who are closer to Concord NC can pick up in person at the designated times (pick up location will be available in the email that confirms order is ready to be picked up).

• Customers who want it delivered can choose the USPS shipping option. For now, orders can be delivered anywhere within the US.

How much is the Shipping charge?

• There is a Flat fee of $5 per order plus $1 for each item. For example: order with 1 item will have a total shipping cost of $6 and orders with 2 items will be $7.

RETURNS

What is the Returns Policy?

• Items will be eligible for return within 30 days from the order date.

• Items cannot be worn, washed or altered to be eligible for return.

How does the Returns process work?

• Email us at support@malarfashions.com to inform us about the return and include 1) the Order number 2) specific item & 3) whether you can drop-off the item or want to ship the item back to us.

• We will respond back within 1-2 business days

  • For Customers who want to drop-off the item, we will provide the location.

  • For Customers who want the ship the item back, we will provide the return shipping label for free

• Once we get the item back, we will refund the amount.
